Here's a list of the quests in date order. I typically copy them into a sticky-note per playthrough and move a space down the list as the days pass, so I know which quests I can currently be working on.

Persona 4: Defeating Shadow Kanji, Nice Guy, and Tough Guy
Yeah, I'm taking a break from Vandal Hearts II for a moment.
For this battle, you have a party of Yukiko, Chie, Yosuke and the protagonist (I call him August).
I fused a Rakshasa for this battle; it's strong against physical attacks, but not weak against lightening. I lucked out and gave it Media; ideally, I'd have liked for it to have some sort of third level attack skill for greater damage, but no luck there.
Your first priority is to take out Nice Guy. I had Yosuke use Magaru, to damage all three, while Yukiko used Agilao on Nice Guy alone, since he's weak against fire. He absorbs Ice, which Tough Guy is weak against, while Tough Guy absorbs Fire. Chie used physical attacks while August either attacked Nice Guy or used Media.
Once Nice Guy is down, Chie can start using Mabufu. Yosukue keeps using Magaru, while August and Yukiko are on healing duty or attacking Shadow Kanji. Tough Guy absorbs physical attacks, so no point using those.
Once both helpers are down, pile on Shadow Kanji. Elemental skills tend to do more damage than physical attacks. Guard if he uses Power Charge. Otherwise, it's a straightforward slugfest. It's easier to use August to heal, since I found Yukiko's Agilao to be the best damage skill I had. Yukiko and Yosuke both died once, but luckily, Yukiko can use Recarm now, so I only needed one Revival Bead. My party was around level 26, which made the whole battle much easier.
